Today I designed a card that used the Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper (DSP) and the dotted banner stamp from the Banner Blast stamp set.

• I cut three strips of Polka Dot Parade Designer Series Paper in 3 different lengths and attached them to the Whisper White Cardstock with the Snail adhesive.
• I stamped three of the dotted banner stamps on a scrap piece of Whisper White Cardstock in the colors that match the DSP I used; in this case they were Marina Mist, Old Olive and Pumpkin Pie. Next I punch them out with the Banner Punch and attached them to the card with Snail adhesive. One variation of this card would be to punch out the banners directly from the DSP.  You choose what you like best.
• I stamped the flowers on scrap Whisper White in the Rich Razzleberry and punched them out using the ½” circle punch.  I placed a Dimensional on the back of each flower and place them over the banners.
• I inked the thinking of you stamp from the Sassy Salutations Stamp Set in Rich Razzleberry and stamped it on the bottom right of the card.
